The Balaihara New Coast Villatel.
The real estate development is set to open in April 2006, when 270 brand-new hotel and residential units located in New Coast's
vast property will open its doors to its patrons and the public.
Balaihara positions itself as luxury villas that you can own, with 90 units of the entire development to be sold. Spread throughout
New Coast property in Boracay, each building will contain 30 rooms that are either 55 sq.m. or 75 sq.m. in size.
Unit owners have the privilege of staying at Balaihara four weeks out of the year, while the rest of the time the units will
be rented out by the hotel to outside guests.
